Blue Water and Pebbles

Exploring the rugged coastline around Gleeson's landing came across this lovely view , looking past the rock on the right out through the rocks. It was low tide so it was possible to see into the clear water at the rocks and pebbles below.

Just one of the many small beaches along the coastline of Yorke Peninsula at Gleeson's Landing. For most parts of the year the are lovely quite locations where you can have the whole beach to yourself. As with most sunset given a bit of time they develop some remarkable colours. From reds purples indigo , yellow and soon, depending where it's happening and the weather conditions.

The variety of colours that develop as the sun goes down is truly amazing and on a pleasant summers afternoon it doesn't get any better. Where are very fortunate in South Australia we have such a fantastic coastline, that lends itself to a great variety of activities.
