Distant Range

Distant Range

This image of the distant range was taken as my wife and I were wandering around the Rudall national Park in Western Australia. It was one of those glorious days no wind, sun shining perfect for doing a bit of macro photography. I had noticed quiet a lot of the wildflowers growing around this area and this was the perfect day to get out and do it. But there is always something else that can distract me ( doesn’t take much when I have a camera in my hand). I just loved the view looking across the people strewn ground through the spinifex grass at the small range of hills in the distance. It gives a bit of an overview of what some of this area is about. Rugged dry and harsh at times. I couldn’t image myself being there in the middle of summer in 40c plus temperatures.
